HTC launches Touch2 in India to mark Windows Mobile 6.5 launch
HTC has today launched the Touch2 smartphone, which is the first Windows Mobile 6.5 device in India. As with all HTC phones, the Touch2 also comes with a version of its TouchFlo UI. The phone will be available in India for approximately Rs 22,000, according to Ajay Sharma, country head for HTC in India.
The Touch2 has a 3.2 MP camera, A-GPS, 2.8-inch QVGA display and a standard 3.5 mm audio jack. We have been playing with the device for a couple of hours now and find it very zippy. It is powered by a Qualcomm processor clocked at 528 MHz processor along with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM configuration.
