Motorola has trademarked the name ‘Milestone’ with the Trademarks and Design Registration Office of the European Union. According to the trademark number 008528581, which was filed on September 4, the name will be used for a cellphone.

Now it can be purely co-incidence that the application is made public less than a week away from Motorola’s ‘Save the company’ press conference but we have a strong hunch that it could be the name of one of the devices that Co-CEO Sanjay Jha would unveil to the world in about 24 hours from now.
