Time is running out for Motorola to deliver on its Android smartphone promise and the desperation is visible as excited product managers are finding it difficult to keep their protos away from the limelight. Clicked here in all its glory is the rumoured Moto Scholes, one of the speculated four Android devices Motorola has in store this year. The Scholes is rumoured to have a 3.7 inch 480×854 pixel touchscreen, a 5.0 MP camera and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It is apparently heading out to Verizon Wireless, a CDMA carrier in the US. All this info falls in line with what our source told us a week or two ago.
