Nokia’s version of an application store – Ovi Store – is reportedly going live in a few countries. Reports are coming in from Australia, Singapore and Ireland, where consumers have been able to log in and browse the app store.

Well, it is about time, considering that Nokia had announced that the application store will go live in May and we are now staring at the last week of the month.

For the record, Ovi Store is not yet up in India even as we wait for Nokia to make an official announcement anytime now.
