Samsung has commenced manufacturing touchscreen phones in India at its Noida facility. This was revealed when the Korean giant launched three new touchscreen phones in the Indian market. The Star S5230 is the first touchscreen phone to be manufactured at Samsung’s Noida plant.

We had reported earlier that Samsung is planning to launch the Star S5230 in India. The company has also launched the Star 3G and the Beat DJ touchscreen phones. The Star S5230 is priced at Rs 11,100, the Star 3G S5603 at Rs 14,499 and the Beat DJ at Rs 18,990.
