Texas Instruments (TI) has released information about an upcoming Archos Internet Media Tablet (IMT) that will run on Android OS and will also have 3.5G connectivity. The 10 mm thin device, which will also be able to make calls, is based on TI’s OMAP3 processor and will come with a 5.0-inch display, up to 500 GB of internal storage with the capability to store and play HD videos. The device is expected to be launched in the third quarter of this year.
