Faking It: XPERIA X1 cloned in China, gets tilting screen, mobile TV
As the date of the XPERIA X1′s launch comes nearer, so do the counterfeiters sitting pretty in China. What you see above is probably the first clone of the XPERIA X1, which is selling for $145 in the streets of Hong Kong and responds to the name of SongLive X1. It comes with a slide-and-tilt-display, a la HTC Tilt for comfortable TV viewing experience and comes with dual SIM card slots, which might explain the two send keys. Does everyone in China uses two mobile subscriptions — one for the missus and one for the mistress?
